Everything listed above is part of the same catalogue of cloud provider accounts for sale: accounts that have already completed the provider’s own sign-up and verification, handed over with the credentials needed to sign in and deploy. The notes below exist because the listings are not interchangeable. Which one is right depends far more on your workload, your region and your outbound email requirements than on price alone.

How to choose a cloud provider account

Four questions usually settle the decision between the thirteen providers in this marketplace.

What kind of workload are you running?

Applications that lean on managed services — queues, managed databases, serverless functions, identity — belong on the large platforms, where the service catalogue is deepest and almost any architecture has a documented path. That means an AWS account, a Google Cloud account or an Azure account. If what you actually need is a virtual server with predictable monthly pricing, the developer-first providers give you far more compute per pound: a DigitalOcean account, a Linode account or a Hetzner account.

Where does the data need to live?

If European data residency is a requirement rather than a preference, the shortlist is short. Hetzner runs its own data centres in Germany and Finland, OVHcloud operates its own European facilities and network, and UpCloud is Finnish-owned and operated. For Asia-Pacific reach, an Alibaba Cloud account has the widest regional footprint of anything here. For US healthcare or payment data, Atlantic.Net holds the compliance certifications those workloads are audited against.

Do you need to send email from the server?

This is the constraint that catches people out most often, because most providers block outbound SMTP by default to limit spam. A Kamatera account is the straightforward choice here: Kamatera does not restrict Port 25, so a mail server works without filing a request first. Hetzner blocks ports 25 and 465 on new servers and will consider an unblock request once the account has been active for a month and the first invoice is paid. DigitalOcean blocks outbound SMTP and will not lift it in most cases. If you want managed sending at volume rather than to operate a mail server yourself, an Amazon SES account with production access already granted is the better answer.

Are you training or serving AI models?

GPU availability is uneven, and so is how you get at it. Linode, DigitalOcean, UpCloud, Atlantic.Net and OVHcloud all sell GPU instances directly, though some require GPU access to be enabled on the account before the instance types appear. If you would rather consume models than manage hardware, the managed platforms are the shorter route: Vertex AI on Google Cloud, Azure OpenAI on Azure, Bedrock on AWS, and the generative AI service on an Oracle Cloud account.

What every listing includes

Regardless of provider, each account is delivered with full login credentials, has completed the provider’s verification, and carries no prior usage history or outstanding balance. The features page sets out exactly what is handed over and how the delivery process works.

Before you order

Two things are worth checking. First, confirm the configuration: several providers tie a region, an account type or a verification class to the account permanently at sign-up, and those cannot be changed afterwards. Second, plan the handover — change the password and enable multi-factor authentication as soon as the account reaches you.
