Is It Safe to Buy a Cloud Account? Cloud Account FAQ
Answers to the questions buyers ask most often before ordering a cloud provider account.
Buying a cloud provider account raises reasonable questions, and the most common one is the most direct: is it safe to buy a cloud account? The answers below cover safety, delivery, credits and production use. Every provider listing also carries its own set of provider-specific questions, because sign-up rules, free tiers and port policies differ considerably from one provider to the next.
Yes, when purchasing from a reputable source like AccsMarkets. We provide accounts created through legitimate channels and with clean histories. However, it is critical that you take ownership of the account's security by changing passwords and enabling MFA immediately after purchase.
Using multiple AWS accounts is a best practice for limiting risks in large-scale environments. It allows you to isolate development, testing, and production workloads, limiting the "blast radius" of errors and enhancing security.
AWS credits are promotional "virtual dollars" that can be applied to offset your cloud costs. They allow you to try services and scale your applications without paying the full cost upfront. When you purchase an AWS account with credits, you are getting a head start on your cloud journey.
Delivery is typically completed within minutes to a few hours of payment confirmation. You will receive your login credentials via your preferred secure contact method.
Yes. Our accounts are fully verified and suitable for production workloads. We recommend verifying the account's service quotas before deploying large-scale applications.
We recommend the following steps to secure your new account:
- Change the password to a strong, unique one.
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Update contact details and billing information.
- Set up billing alerts and budgets to monitor your spending.
What to check before you order
Three details are worth confirming before payment, because on some platforms they cannot be changed afterwards.
- The region. Oracle Cloud fixes a home region at sign-up, and Alibaba Cloud ties the account to a country or region permanently. If your workload has a latency or data-residency requirement, settle the region first.
- The account class. Alibaba Cloud distinguishes individual accounts from enterprise accounts, and the enterprise tier reaches products and management features the individual tier does not.
- Outbound email. Most providers block SMTP by default. If you intend to run a mail server, check the provider policy: this is covered in full on the Kamatera, Hetzner and DigitalOcean pages.
How credits and free tiers actually work
Credits are promotional balances that offset usage. They are not cash, they carry expiry dates, and they usually exclude some services — GPU instances are a common exclusion. Google Cloud runs its trial credit for 90 days, Azure for 30, and Oracle Cloud pairs a trial credit with an Always Free tier that does not expire at all. Where a listing includes credits, the amount and the validity period are stated on the configuration itself rather than implied.
Using a purchased account in production
A verified account with an active billing relationship can carry production workloads. The practical constraint is service quotas rather than the account itself: new accounts start with conservative limits on instance counts, API rates and similar, and raising them is a support request to the provider. Check the quotas that matter to your workload before migrating anything critical onto it.
What you are responsible for after delivery
Buyers are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms of service, and for the security of the account once it has been handed over. The features page sets out the handover process and the steps to take on day one: change the password, enable multi-factor authentication, update the contact details and set billing alerts before you deploy anything.
